Service was completed in a timely and quality manner. Shortly after leaving the dealership the engine service light appeared. The service advisor went out of his way to address my engine service light by personally checking for the code and interpreting what action to take. Thankfully it was nothing to worry about.

Service has deteriorated at this location. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:50. At 8:30, I checked with Tony (who I checked in with because Caleb was not in) and he said it would be ready a little before 9. I let him know that I had a 9:00 appointment some place else. Then I paid, to save that time. I was told I needed an new air filter and cabin filter. I did not have time. After my 9:00 appointment, I went to Auto Zone and purchased the air filter. The salesperson helped me install it. When we removed the existing air filter, it was obvious that it did not need to be changed. But I did put the new one in that I had purchased and took the "dirty" one in to show Tony. I should not have been told I needed a new air filter. After my 7 appointments to get it fixed situation last year, I am very discouraged.
I bought a new 2026 GMC Canyon from Barker Motor Co and a few days later found 3 paint defects. That was obviously very disappointing and even after it was repainted I was not satisfied. Who wants a brand new truck with 300 miles that has to be repainted. I contacted GM customer satisfaction several times and they were understanding but unwilling to help. They suggested that I go back to Barker for resolution. I did go back and Misty (general sales manager) and Andy (owner and CEO) came thru for me in a BIG way. They found another truck almost exactly like my original truck and I will be trading for it with almost no cost to me. I am still disappointed with GM's response to my problem but Barker Motor Co made me a HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you Barker. 5 stars!
A totally unexpected breakdown/shutdown of my vehicle, landed it and myself at the dealership. In under an hour they had me in a loaner car, and were diagnosing what the issue with my car was. What was super stressful, became much less so! Thank you.

Long drive over but so worth it. Was greeted with nothing short of amazing. Misty made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She was very knowledgable and answered every question we both had. She was a blessing to deal with. I would not hesitate to text or call her for anything. I have already referred many of my Indiana friends and colleagues to “Barker”. This was the best experience of my lifetime when looking for a car. Misty is simply the best!
Had a problem with a particle filter that they were able to diagnose and fix in an afternoon. Problem was resolved and error did not recur.
